The focal point of the necklace is the intriguing pendant - a chalcedony rose backed in 24k gold electroplate. These little curiosities of nature are naturally formed then coaxed from the earth, bearing the inconsistencies of a natural geological formation. Sadly, the camera did not capture the glittering microscopic granulation of the druzy center, which is the mesmerizing attribute of this oddity.
